Wing Chun Training
We provide private lessons, small group training,
workshops in Traditional Wing Chun Kung Fu and Authentic Wing
Chun Chinese Boxing workout sessions
Get in Shape and be Street Safe now by learning
the essentials of Wing Chun Kung Fu. Each session is a private
training in the Wing Chun Kung Fu of the Grandmaster Yip Man Kung
Fu Family. All of our training sessions utilize Sifu A. KháLeef
Ali’s “Three Level Method”. Level One includes
the basic Wing Chun Kung Fu forms, applications and techniques.
Level Two is Grandmaster Yip Man’s Wing Chun Kung Fu drills.
Level Three is Wing Chun’s “Jee Yao Bok Gik”,
the art and science of Wing Chun Chinese Boxing.
At our Wing Chun Chinese Boxing training sessions
all attendees will be taught how to incorporate certain methods
of Wing Chun Kung Fu into their own “10 Minute Home Training
System”. Our training methods ensure that attendees receive
a proper balance of forms, applications, techniques, wooden dummy
training, chi sao exercises and all of the other components necessary
to turn anyone into a top notch Wing Chun Kung Fu practitioner.
We are very dedicated to building a new generation of superb Wing
Chun practitioners. Both Traditional Wing Chun Kung Fu Family
Style and the Invisible Dragon’s Lightning Hand School training
system are used to further ensure each student’s individual
success.
The Invisible Dragon’s Wing Chun Kung Fu
system will get all attendees in shape and keep them there. Authentic
Wing Chun Chinese Boxing is guaranteed to get participants toned
up and feeling great. Wing Chun Kung Fu is simple, fun, effective
and works for people of all ages.

Wing Chun Kung Fu training may differ from
one instructor to another because of different ways of teaching.
All descendent Wing Chun Kung Fu schools from Yip Man i.e., Wing
Tsun, Ving Tsun, etc. teach the Sil Lum Tao form as the introduction
and the Muk Jong techniques as the final course.
