Lin Sil Die Dar (i.e., methods of silumtaneous
defense and attack for attacks: against a surprise attack, unarmed
assailant, against grapping, against chokes and holds, against
an armed opponent, against multiple opponents and from a vulnerable
position.)
Skill In Techniques
Kui Sau (i.e., evasive movement) Sau Fat (i.e.,
hand techniques), Tek Fat (i.e., kicking techniques), Phoon Sau
(i.e., trapping and parrying), Dim Mak (i.e., vital target areas)
and Lat Sau (i.e., sparring).
Basic Training
Jee Yao Bok Gik (i.e., hand techniques for offense,
hand techniques for defense, attacks with kicks, defense and counter,
