Wing Chun Kung Fu
SIL LUM TAO (Beginners)
- Essentials of the Wing Chun Kung Fu System
to develop and cultivate Chi Power, exercises to promote the
flow of Chi and the Wing Chun Sil Lum Tao Form as performed
by Grand Master Yip Man.
- Wing Chun techniques: basic arm movements and exercises in
engaging an opponent’s Chi.
- Chi Sao basic movements.
CHUM KIL (Intermediate)
- Chum Kil Form, principles, stances and footwork.
- Applied Chi Sao: Wing Chun Grandmaster Yip Man’s drills
including; one-arm, two-arm, wing arm grapping hand drills,
cross and parallel arms sparring drills.
BIL JEE (Advanced)
- Bil Jee form applications, methods and techniques.
- Wing Chun Kung Fu’s deceptive art of self-defense and
mastery of the centerline theory for methods of: better protection
of your body, coordinating the independent movements of your
arms and legs, increasing your ability to interrupt your movements
at will, and skill in integrating the Wing Chun punch and kick
in all stages of combat.
- Nerve centers and pressure points.
MOOK SAN JONG (Wooden dummy)
- Complete 108 Wing Chun dummy techniques,
applications and Wing Chun Kung Fu Fighting System including
the 8 dummy leg motions and Chi Gerk (Sticky legs) training.
- Personal Home Training program.
